iPhone X (iPhone Ten) is a smartphone in Apple's iPhone lineup. It was announced on September 12, 2017 alongside the IPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus at the Steve Jobs Theater in the Apple Park campus. It was released on November 3, 2017 with a starting price of $999.

The iPhone X adopts OLED screen technology and uses a glass and stainless-steel form factor. It offers wireless charging and removes the home button in favor of a new bezel-less design. It also introduces Face ID – a new type of password authentication using advanced technologies to scan the user's face to unlock the device. Animoji (Animated Emoji) was also introduced with the iPhone X. It ships with iOS 11 and is powered by Apple's A11 Bionic chip. It came in 64 and 256GB storage variations.

The iPhone X was met with mixed reception - it received universal praise for its display, camera, and build quality. However, the sensor housing "notch" at the top of the screen was heavily mocked by users.

The iPhone X – along with the iPhone 6s, its Plus variant, and the iPhone SE – was discontinued on September 12, 2018 following the announcement of the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR devices.
