iDisk was a service offered by Apple Inc. to all .Mac members so they could store their digital photos, movies or personal files online.

iDisk integrated with Mac OS X appearing as a network drive mounted automatically on the desktop. Mac OS X 10.3 allowed users to use their iDisk when offline, and synchronise with it when they went online.


iDisk and MobileMe said 30 days left on June 1, 2012. On June 23, 2012, MobileMe said 7 days left. After June 30, 2012, iDisk was discontinued and iCloud replaced it, with MobileMe and .Mac accounts automatically converting over to iCloud.
